About the role:

The Technical Account Manager should be a tech-savvy professional with the ability to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. The incumbent will be results-driven and aspire to achieve defined goals. The role will recommend best practice solutions to any request or related issues within the LRN LMS. The TAM will analyse customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining standardized LRN LMS operational processes and procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Taking technical ownership for the online content assigned - managing it through the entire life cycle, development, QA, testing, production and related changes and enhancements.
  • Developing expert level skills in the LMS platform, eLearning and authoring technology and general HTML, image, audio, and video editing technology, covering all aspects of online LRN education development and maintenance.
  • Liaise with Engagement Manager and Sales Specialist to help identify new opportunity win new business and increase sales.
  • Provide support for LRN LMS administration, including catalogue management, security management, technical interface support, and use.
  • Ensuring proper governance model is followed, Report on product performance and Identify solutions to reduce technical support costs.
  • Reconfiguring existing learning/training to work within third party online learning platform.
  • Address all platform-related queries on time and train customers to use the platform effectively.
  • Establish best practices for LRN LMS site operation, administration & maintenance.
  • Provide technology and network operation team with customers’ feedback to help improve the user’s experience and identify new features and products.
  • Recognize and resolve the issues that may appear when it comes to course rollout and may support course configuration.
  • Make sure that the LMS works properly and act fast if it comes to bugs and unexpected errors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in LMS administration and/or learning program coordinator
  • Solid technical background with direct experience with modern Learning Management System and digital technology.
  • The proven knowledge and technical skills in the use and implementation of: (A) HTML, image, audio, and video editing technology. (Java Script and CSS strongly preferred.) (B) Knowledge and understanding of SCORM, AICC, and API; is a plus
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • An ability to grasp clients’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with professional fluency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field or BA technical and people skills (including satisfying computer skills and flawless business communication).
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills.
  • Eager to learn, with an eye for detail.
  • Ready to work on a given task in order to produce an impeccable solution.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.

Shift Requirements

  • You are expected to work in 24*7 rotational shifts (Night/ early Morning/ afternoon/ evening)
