Job Description
Job Title: Loan Officer / Loan Sales Executive
Job Location: Pan India / As per business requirement
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and repayment terms to customers.
- Conduct customer visits and assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Collect and verify required customer documents as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
- Achieve daily and monthly loan disbursement/sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide proper support.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Own bike and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and location.
