Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Supervisor to manage and supervise outdoor advertising activities at different locations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating field staff, monitoring advertising sites, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of advertisements, and providing regular updates to management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily field activities and field staff.
• Visit advertising sites regularly to inspect hoardings, billboards, kiosks, banners, and other outdoor displays.
• Ensure advertisements are installed, displayed, and maintained as per client requirements.
• Coordinate installation, replacement, removal, and maintenance of advertising materials.
• Take clear photographs/videos of advertising sites for client and management records.
• Check that advertising displays are clean, visible, properly positioned, and in good condition.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, electricians, painters, and other field workers.
• Allocate daily work and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
• Report any damage, unauthorized changes, visibility issues, or other site-related problems immediately.
• Maintain records of site visits, installation work, maintenance, and completed jobs.
• Ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams regarding client requirements.
• Monitor competitor advertising and report relevant market information.
• Ensure field staff follow company safety and operational procedures.
• Handle urgent field-related issues and coordinate quick solutions.

• Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
• Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and photo/video documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Qualification12th pass or Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in field supervision, outdoor advertising, site supervision, operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Candidates with relevant field experience may also be considered without formal qualifications.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely completion of field assignments.
• Proper installation and maintenance of advertisements.
• Accuracy of site reports and photographs.

• Quick resolution of site-related issues.
