• Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with potential and existing customers through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Prepare quotations and invoices according to customer requirements.
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly to build long-term business relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and shipping teams to provide timely customer updates.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Required Skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
