Facilities Operations Manager

The key responsibilities include managing electrical, plumbing, AC, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, exhaust systems and other facility-related maintenance; implementing preventive maintenance schedules; managing AMC agencies and vendors; tracking complaints until resolution; conducting monthly site audits; maintaining equipment registers and compliance records; verifying vendor quotations and invoices; and controlling maintenance expenses. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple sites simultaneously, managing emergency breakdowns, maintaining service timelines and preparing regular reports for management.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, experience in vendor and AMC management, audit handling, complaint tracking and good Excel/Google Sheets skills. Hindi and Marathi communication is required, along with willingness to travel between Mumbai, Pune and Nashik. Candidates with only residential or office facility experience, or technicians without multi-site and vendor management experience, will not be suitable.
