Job Description
* Greet and assist customers at the jewellery counter.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
* Explain product designs, features, making charges, pricing, and offers.
* Handle sales of gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery products.
* Prepare quotations, bills, and invoices accurately.
* Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
* Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
* Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
* Assist in stock checking and product documentation.
* Follow store policies and ensure a high standard of customer service.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales.
Skills Required:
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Sales-oriented and confident personality.
* Basic knowledge of jewellery products and pricing.
* Good calculation and billing skills.
* Presentable and professional appearance.
