Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller – Personal Loan Sales executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers from the company-provided database.
• Explain personal loan products and their benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and convince eligible customers to apply for a personal loan.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers until the loan process is completed.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth document collection and file processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telecalling or sales (Personal Loan/Banking/Financial products preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.

Primary Goal:

Convert the provided leads into successful personal loan disbursements by effectively communicating with customers and ensuring complete follow-up throughout the loan process.
