Role: Customer Service Executive

Shift: Day Rotational Shift

Week Off: Rotational

Salary: Depends on Interview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to medicine delivery status.
  • Provide proper resolution and updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain good customer service and communication.
