Content and social media

• Plan and publish a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook

• Write posts, short case examples and carousels that explain automation in plain business language

• Create short videos and reels — screen recordings of automations, explainers, founder clips

• Grow the company LinkedIn page and support the founders’ personal LinkedIn presence

• Keep brevx.in current — new pages, industry landing pages, blog articles

• Do keyword research around Indian SME searches (Tally integration, WhatsApp automation, CRM for

manufacturers)

• Handle on-page SEO, Google Business Profile and local listings

• Track rankings and organic traffic, and report what changed

Paid campaigns and lead generation

• Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns within the agreed budget

• Build landing pages and lead forms, and make sure every lead lands in the CRM

• Run email and WhatsApp campaigns to prospects and existing contacts

• Manage listings on IndiaMART, JustDial and similar platforms where relevant

What we are looking for

Essential

• Graduate in any discipline; a certification in digital marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot or equivalent) is an

advantage

• Hands-on experience running social media for a brand or business — show us the pages

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics

• Clear written English; able to explain a technical idea simply

• Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools, and basic video editing

Good to have

• Experience marketing a B2B, SaaS or IT services business

• Basic WordPress or website editing, and familiarity with HTML

• Experience using AI tools for content, design or research

• Hindi or Marathi for regional content

• Interest in automation, AI or small-business technology
