E-Commerce Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, coordinate daily operations, and support smooth functioning of our online marketplaces across India and Middle East platforms. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data, portals, and cross-functional teams.

Product Listing & Content

• Create and update product listings on e-commerce portals
• Upload images, descriptions, prices, and product details accurately
• Ensure listings follow platform guidelines and brand standards
• Monitor listings to avoid errors or missing information

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order processing
• Track stock availability and update portals accordingly
• Support in managing purchase orders and inwarding
• Ensure smooth order fulfilment and minimize delays

Channel Coordination

• Work closely with marketplace account managers
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) for promotions and updates
• Track platform requirements and ensure timely compliance

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain basic sales and inventory reports
• Track performance of SKUs and flag issues
• Monitor pricing, discounts, and stock levels

Good to Have

• Experience working with Amazon, Noon, Nykaa, or similar platforms
• Interest in e-commerce and online retail operations
