Job Description
Position: Human Resource Generalist
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Any relevant field
Experience: 2+ Years in HR operations
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Salary Package: 2.4 LPA*
Requirement: Experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment operations.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS/MIS, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Process onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate Full & Final (FNF) settlements and relieving documentation.
- Organize engagement activities, meetings, and HR initiatives.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
