Job Description
- Social Media Manager – Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop monthly social media strategies and content calendars based on client objectives.
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan content including reels, static posts, carousels, stories, campaigns, and promotional creatives.
- Create strong content briefs for graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and copywriters.
- Write/review captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and campaign messaging.
- Ensure creatives maintain the client's brand guidelines, visual identity, tone, and communication standards.
- Schedule and publish content consistently and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track trends, trending audio, competitor activity, viral formats, and platform updates.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, content requirements, offers, events, and campaign updates.
- Manage comments, DMs, reviews, and audience engagement when included in the client scope.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team for Meta campaigns, lead-generation creatives, and campaign content.
- Monitor KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, profile visits, website clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve client positioning.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
- Lead and coordinate junior social media executives where applicable.
