Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and handle multiple sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products or services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on new sales leads.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Explain products and services effectively.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update sales activities and customer information regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer handling is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sales processes and priorities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and online sales tools is an advantage.
