Job Title: Accounts Executive / Marg Expert

Job Responsibilities:

• Marg Expert
• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain GST records and assist with GST returns and TDS compliance.
• Handle vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and expense verification.
• Maintain employee expense sheets, travel reimbursements, and salary-related records.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts and finance.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Working knowledge of Marg, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, ledgers, and financial reporting.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company or distribution business is preferred.

Preferred Candidate: An accounts professional with experience in pharmaceutical distribution, Marg Expert, GST, billing, bank reconciliation, and expense management.
