Job Description

Job Vacancy – Accounts Executive

Company: Seagul Infotech

Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time


Must know how to use Tally

  • Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer invoices and upload bills on the GeM Portal.
  • Handle billing, invoice submission and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
  • Follow up on pending payments and send payment reminder emails.
  • Maintain invoice records, payment trackers and accounts-related documents.
  • Coordinate with banks for banking-related work and documentation.
  • Handle billing and accounts work related to government contracts and GeM orders.
  • Track payment status and coordinate with customers for timely payment processing.
  • Required SkillsBasic accounting and billing knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the GeM Portal is preferred.
  • Good communication and email drafting skills.
  • Should have knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
  • Responsible, organised and good at follow-ups.
  • No personal phones at office more than 1 in the day
