Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Monitor individual team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective customer engagement.
• Monitor and improve key retail metrics such as ATV (Average Transaction Value) and UPT (Units Per Transaction).
• Handle customers professionally and resolve complaints or service-related issues.
• Ensure proper product knowledge and effective product presentation by the sales team.
• Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and daily task allocation.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and ensure operational discipline.
• Monitor stock availability, stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and HO teams regarding stock, sales, staffing, and operational requirements.
• Ensure the store follows company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and other store-related reports.
• Train and coach new and existing team members to improve sales performance.
• Assist in maintaining store hygiene, display standards, and overall customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager during audits, promotions, events, and other business activities.
• Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Good knowledge of ATV, UPT, conversion, and other retail KPIs.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and retail store environments.
