Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Barista to join the Haru Natsu Senior team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service, with the ability to prepare high-quality drinks while maintaining excellent hygiene and service standards.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, matcha, smoothies, and other beverages as per company recipes and standards.
2. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
3. Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
4. Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service.
5. Understand the menu and recommend beverages to customers.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, counters, and work areas.
7. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
8. Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
9. Handle billing and POS operations when required.
10. Follow opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures.
11. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
12. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

• Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Barista or in café operations preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art.
• Familiarity with espresso machines and beverage equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
