### 👨‍💼 Job Profile

We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented candidates for the **Collection & Recovery Executive** position.

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Contact customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.

* Follow up with customers and maintain regular payment commitments.

* Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.

* Follow up on **PTP (Promise to Pay)** cases.

* Ensure quality and timely collection from assigned customers.

### ⭐ Required Skills

* Good **communication and convincing skills**.

* Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Good listening and problem-solving skills.

* Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.

* Previous collection/recovery experience will be an advantage.

* **12th Pass / Graduate**

* **Freshers & Experienced both can apply**

* Candidates with Collection, Recovery, Telecalling or BPO experience preferred.
