Job Description

Collection ExecutivePrimary Responsibility – Ensure timely collection of loan repayments through regular customer follow-ups, payment coordination, and accurate collection records.

  • Contact customers for upcoming, due, and overdue payments.
  • Follow up on pending PayDay Loan and payment commitments.
  • Guide customers regarding approved payment methods and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate payment status, PTP, and collection records.
  • Follow up on missed payment commitments.
  • Coordinate with the Recovery Manager for overdue or disputed cases.
  • Update CRM, call logs, and daily collection reports.
  • Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and follow company recovery policies.
