Job Description

Manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

• Attend to queries related to tests, reports, and other services.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.

• Handle customer complaints; offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Maintain a calm and composed demeanour when dealing with stressed or upset clients/patients.

• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

• Acknowledge and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain all customer care documentation and formats in as per the guidelines

• Ensure high levels of client/patient satisfaction and deliver professional customer support.
