Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (website, marketplaces like Amazon, etc.)
  • Upload, update, and manage product listings (descriptions, images, pricing)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
  • Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently
  • Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare performance reports

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms ( Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce (freshers with strong skills can apply)
