Education Sales / Counselling

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding our courses and help them make informed decisions about their education and career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students’ educational needs, interests, and career goals.
• Explain courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission processes clearly.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Handle student queries and provide appropriate information and guidance.
• Convert genuine leads into successful admissions by building trust and strong relationships.
• Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrollment.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and positive personality.
• Good convincing and counselling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle calls and follow-ups professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in education counselling, telesales, inside sales, or admissions will be preferred.
