Job Description
Achintya Durjay Foundation is looking for dynamic, confident and result-oriented Event Management Executives to join us in Delhi office. Key responsibities :- * Plan, organize, coordinate and conduct events * Invite and engage people, participants, guests and business professionals for events * Manage participant registrations, sign-ups and event related records. * Connect with potential clients, handle meetings, negotiate deals and convert leads into business opportunities. ** Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, vendors and event partners. ** Promote upcoming events through phone calls, WhatsApp, Social Media and other channels. ** Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of events. ** Handle follow- ups, maintain databases and achieve event participation and business events
