Field Sales Executive

Giovell Healthcare is a fast-growing wellness company specializing in innovative Ayurvedic and Herbal solutions. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Officers and Management Trainees to expand our market footprint. In this role, you will handle both B2B and B2C sales channels, building strong distribution networks with retail chemists, wellness stores, stockists, and healthcare professionals. This is a dynamic field-sales role offering excellent growth and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Operations: Conduct daily field visits to retail pharmacies, Ayurvedic clinics, and consumer wellness stores in your assigned territory.
• B2B & B2C Order Booking: Secure product orders from stockists and retail chemists (B2B) while educating consumers on product benefits (B2C).
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stockists.
• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail counters and stockists to increase product availability.
• Reporting & Feedback: Track daily sales logs, monitor competitor activity, and report market feedback to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Pharm, B.Sc, or candidates with a background/interest in Ayurveda and science are highly preferred).
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Pharma Sales, FMCG Sales, or Field Sales. Freshers with strong learning agility and passion for sales are welcome as Management Trainees.
• Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, negotiation, and territory mapping.
• Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone with a valid driving license for daily field travel.
