Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding • Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding process
