Job DescriptionWe are looking for a field-oriented IT professional who can handle technical support as well as BUSY Software and CRM marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for IT and software support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software.
- Provide support for BUSY, Tally, ERP and CRM software.
- Generate leads and promote BUSY Software and CRM solutions.
- Conduct software demos and explain features to customers.
- Handle customer follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
- Handle basic computer, printer, networking, and hardware issues.
- Maintain customer and sales activity records.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT, software, and networking.
- Good communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- BUSY/Tally/CRM knowledge will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
