Job Description

Product Experience Specialists

 Demo and sell Iliv premium hydration products for domestic ad business use.

 Maintain and nurture customer relationships.

 Conduct product presentations, and coordinate with internal teams.

 Work on inbound qualified leads.

 Selected candidates will be provided with tablets preloaded with comprehensive sales and marketing

resources, including product videos, presentations, brochures, product images, technical documents, and

digital catalogs. Candidates will also receive a product demonstration kit to conduct effective customer

presentations and live demonstrations.

Comprehensive In-House Training Program:

 Candidates will undergo a structured and rigorous training program designed to build strong product

knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement skills, communication abilities, and practical field

execution. The training will include classroom sessions, product demonstrations, role plays, and hands-on

learning to ensure candidates are well-prepared before entering the field.

Continuous On-the-Job Support & Mentorship:

 Employees will receive ongoing guidance and support from experienced managers and senior team

members during their initial field assignments. Regular coaching, performance feedback, field

accompaniment, and mentoring sessions will be provided to help employees build confidence, enhance

their selling skills, and successfully achieve their performance goals.
