Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, explaining real estate projects, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential customers for real estate projects.
• Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update sales records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams.
• Stay updated about property projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, site visits, and conversions.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales is required.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Should have a personal 2-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
