Job Description

  • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and business associates professionally.
  • Attend incoming phone calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
  • Handle visitor inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain the reception area.
  • Handle basic office administration and documentation.
  • Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team whenever required.
