Sales Team Leader

• Lead, quotation, manage, and motivate a team to achieve organizational targets as senior.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and track performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and feedback.
• Handle team-related issues and ensure smooth coordination.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for operational requirements.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
• Train and develop team members for better performance.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a team-handling or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
