Senior Accountant

JOB OPENING – ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for an experienced Accountant for our Trading Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally – Mandatory

• Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments, Journal Entries & Bank Reconciliation

• GST compliance, returns & reconciliation

• TDS calculation, deduction, payment & returns

• Preparation of Ledgers, Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet

• Preparation of accounts and documents required for Statutory Audit

• Vendor & Customer Ledger Reconciliation

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

• Assist in MIS and periodic financial reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliances

KRA / KPI:

• Accuracy of books and financial records

• Timely GST & TDS compliance

• Timely bank, vendor & customer reconciliation

• Audit-ready and error-free documentation

• Timely preparation of financial statements and MIS

Requirements:

• Tally knowledge is mandatory

• Good practical knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting compliances

• Experience in Trading/Distribution company preferred

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
