Job Description

 Inside Sales Team Leader (Female Candidates Only)

📍 Location: Bikaji Palace, Delhi

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month in hand plus Incentives

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 3+ Years of exp in Sales is must

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team.
  • Drive team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and deal closures.
  • Train team members and improve their sales performance.
  • Drive sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • 3+ years of relevant Sales, Team Leading experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
