About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Outbound Telecaller to handle customer calls for address verification and ensure smooth shipment delivery. The role involves contacting customers to confirm order details, resolve basic queries, and reduce delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for address and order confirmation
• Verify customer details to ensure accurate and smooth delivery
• Inform customers about shipment status and expected delivery timelines
• Handle basic customer queries related to orders and delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams in case of incorrect or incomplete details
• Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the system

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Basic English is required)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Polite and customer-friendly approach
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Preferred Skills:Experience in telecalling, logistics, or e-commerce support
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
