Job Description

Telecaller – Marketing & Lead GenerationWe are looking for Telecallers to generate and develop sales leads for our Conveyor Systems and Coding & Marking Printers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and companies.
  • Generate qualified leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
  • Introduce our products and understand customer requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
