Job Description
Candidate is responsible for generating sales by contacting prospective customers over the phone to promote and sell various loan products. The role involves understanding customer financial requirements, assessing eligibility, generating qualified leads, explaining product features, guiding customers through the application process, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls using company-provided leads and databases.
- Promote and sell loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital Loans, Overdraft (OD), Cash Credit (CC), and other financial products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend the most suitable loan product.
- Assess preliminary customer eligibility based on income, business profile, credit history, and other lending criteria.
- Explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, repayment options, processing charges, and documentation requirements.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until loan disbursement.
- Resolve customer queries and handle objections professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.
Key Tasks
- Make 80–150 outbound sales calls per day.
- Contact new leads and re-engage existing prospects.
- Identify customer loan requirements and verify preliminary eligibility.
- Explain product benefits and documentation requirements.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule customer follow-ups and callback.
- Collect customer information and coordinate document collection.
