Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, contact potential customers, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for successful order closure.
• Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/software.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and lead status.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
