Job Description

🚀 Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Solar EPC Sales

📍 Location: Sector 80, Noida

💼 Experience: 0–3 Years

🏭 Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC

💰 Salary: As per experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects.
  • Conduct cold calling, client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales.
  • Build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales; Solar/EPC experience preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
