Job Description
Sales, Service, Marketing & Business Development Executive.
Provide the solution to increase company business growth directly and with help of field team.
Handle customer enquiries, sales follow-ups and business development.
Coordinate with customers, distributors and internal teams.
Support product promotion, marketing and lead generation.
Coordinate equipment installation, demonstrations and service requirements.
Maintain customer records, quotations, reports and follow-up data.
Develop practical knowledge of diagnostic equipment, reagents and consumables.
Attend structured in-house training on products, processes, sales and service.
Achieve assigned targets and follow company policies and procedures.
