About the Role Maplehub Realty is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, and closing real estate deals.
- Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up with potential real estate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and management team.
- Requirements1–4 years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
