Job Title: HR cum Admin / Office AssistantLocation: Sector 58, Noida

Qualification: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA-HR preferred)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are a leading Security & Manpower Services company providing Security Guards, Supervisors,
Housekeeping Staff, Bouncers, and Skilled/Unskilled Manpower to corporate offices, schools,
factories, warehouses, residential societies, and commercial establishments across Delhi NCR.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR cum Admin / Office Assistant who can handle recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, client coordination, office administration, and daily operational support. The candidate should possess good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manpower staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Recruit Security Guards, Supervisors, Housekeeping Staff, Drivers, Helpers, and other manpower as per client requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
2. Employee DocumentationCollect and verify documents:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Bank Account Details
- Educational Certificates
- Police Verification (if applicable)
- Passport Size Photographs
- Prepare employee files and maintain records.
- Update employee database regularly.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance records of deployed manpower.
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding attendance and absenteeism.
- Assist in salary processing.
- Maintain ESIC, EPF, leave, and overtime records.
- Generate monthly attendance reports.
- 4. HR OperationsHandle employee grievances and queries.
- Maintain joining, transfer, resignation, and termination records.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Support performance evaluation and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements.
- Follow up on deployment schedules.
- Share candidate profiles and deployment status updates.
- Maintain client communication records.
- Prepare reports and correspondence.
6. Administrative Responsibilities
Handle office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office stationery and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office files and records.
- Support management in administrative tasks.
- 7. MIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain recruitment tracker.
- Maintain deployment tracker.
- Prepare manpower status reports.
- Update management on recruitment and deployment activities.
8. Compliance & Record KeepingMaintain labour law-related records.
- Assist in ESIC and EPF documentation.
- Ensure proper record maintenance for audits.
- Support statutory compliance activities.
- Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, CRM and Email.
- Experience in recruitment and manpower staffing.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
