We are currently hiring for the position Customer Associate /Senior Customer Associate for our organization. Please find the details below:
Location: Noida
Industry: BPO
Working Days: 5 Days Working (Split Week Off)
Shift: Night Shift
Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility Provided
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via voice support for international clients
- Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer queries
- Maintain high standards of written communication and customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and follow standard processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
- Comfortable working in US shifts
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong typing speed and multitasking ability
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
