Job Description

  • Required SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
  • Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities


Excel & Data Management

  • Maintain and update daily operational records in Excel.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory, shipments, orders, and delivery status.
  • Create and manage spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data.
  • Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Logistics Operations

  • Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouses, and vendors.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery performance.
  • Resolve logistics issues and shipment delays.
  • Maintain shipping and delivery documentation.
