Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate and close deals successfully
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
