Real Estate Team Leader

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving team performance, generating business, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.
• Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and performance tracking.
• Generate and convert leads through calls, site visits, referrals, digital leads, and other channels.
• Guide team members through the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to booking and closure.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and sales meetings to improve team productivity.
• Handle key customers and support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and collections.
• Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
