Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Manager to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to overall sales growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with and convert pre-generated leads through outbound calls.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate products.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage prospective clients interested in investing in real estate products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales, revenue, and calling targets.
• Conduct customer need analysis and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analyze products, micromarkets, competition, and emerging market opportunities.
• Participate in BTL marketing activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of prospects.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Voice Process will be preferred.
• Must have a two-wheeler/own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong sales orientation with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to handle pressure, rejection, and target-driven environments.
• Good negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with rotational offs and flexible/stretchable working hours.
• Candidates should be well-groomed and professionally dressed.
