### Job Responsibilities:

* Source and screen candidates through various recruitment portals.

* Must have hands-on experience with **Naukri and other job portals**.

* Candidate sourcing through **LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels**.

* Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Understand hiring requirements and source relevant profiles accordingly.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

### Required Skills:

* Minimum **1 year of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience is mandatory**.

* Good knowledge of **candidate sourcing and recruitment portals**.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good candidate screening and follow-up skills.
