Telecaller Outbound

Job Location: Noida / Pitampura

Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

* Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.

* Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.

* Generate leads and schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team.

* Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.

* Maintain and update customer information and call records.

* Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and site-visit follow-ups.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.

* Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer handling is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
