Job Description
Job Opening: Tele Sales Executive – Loan Sector
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products.
- Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Collect basic customer details and coordinate for documentation.
- Follow up with customers until the loan application is processed.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loans and banking products is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
