Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Health Insurance team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining health insurance plans, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose a suitable policy.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain health insurance plans and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/reporting system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing good customer service.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer service.
- Confidence in speaking over phone calls.
- Ability to achieve targets and work in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate.
