Job DescriptionHanux Learning is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities for US-based IT requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent English communication, and a good understanding of the US staffing ecosystem.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified IT professionals, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating ATS/CRM records, and working closely with internal teams and clients to close open requirements efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement analysis to candidate placement.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, compensation, and client requirements.

• Use Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct detailed initial candidate interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on:

• Understand common US employment and engagement models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate technical and client interviews.
• Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the company's ATS/CRM.
• Update candidate status, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements on a regular basis.
• Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to understand staffing requirements.
• Submit quality candidates within defined turnaround times.
• Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates where required.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a professional recruitment experience.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports for management.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and major US job portals.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
• Understanding of US work authorization categories and employment types will be highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Comfortable working permanently in the US night shift.

This is a permanent night-shift position supporting US operations.

Compensation₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives
